Bug 5554692 - Error ORA-15196 reporting ASM block header invalid ora-15196 after ORA- 600[kfcgetbuffer10]

An indirect extent allocation is committed right after the indirect
extent is preformated. When the file creation crashes, rollback will try to
pin the indirect extent block but the block contains an invalid type.
The errors is reported in alert log file for the ASM instance:
