How to recover system file without backup

Database system file is corrupt, No backup is available of system file and database is not in archive log mode, Anyone can help to me . How i can recover system corrupt file ?
 
 
I'm sorry to tell that no way to recover .
 
But U can try some internal parameter to force open the database.
 
If anything not working. Try to use PRM-DUL ( http://www.parnassusdata.com/) to unloader database and load data to new database
