ORA-02708: osnrntab: 无法连接到主机, 未知 ORACLE_SID

在升级数据库时，服务器崩溃

且当尝试使用upgrade选项启动数据库时

ORA-00210: cannot open the specified control file
ORA-00202: control file: ‘/u01/app/oracle/oradata/PROD/control01.ctl’
ORA-27086: unable to lock file – already in use

原因

服务器意外崩溃

解决方案

在$ORACLE_HOME/dbs 下有一个锁文件，如“lkPROD”

只要删除它并再次启动数据库
