ORA-600 [KOKIASG1] OPENING DATABASE

PROBLEM:

Customer is getting the error ORA-600 [kokiasg1] while opening the database.
 
DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS:
--------------------
Reviewed the alert log file and the trace file.
 
Referred the note 261543.1 and gave action plan to set the parameter
 
_no_objects=true
 
But this did not help.
 
Customer is on windows 2003 platform.Need solution 2 on windows.
 
Discussed with BDE and as per his suggestion raising the severity one bug
