Oracle Missing Data Dictionary objects Database cannot be opened – Example
 
 Database could not be opened.  Startup process was crashing with ORA-600 [kokiasg1]. Missing sequence was IDGEN1$. 
 
 Customer accidentally dropped sequence SYS.IDGEN1$
 
 In Alert.log the error is after SMON is recovering transactions:
  SMON: enabling tx recovery
