This article is intended for a database that is failing with the following error message
while starting up the database:

SYMPTOMS
Following error reported in alert log file
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 1, block # 4115)

Block not new enough (Undo) Sequences match but count wrong.
