Recover Oracle datafile contents

My case:

- Oracle server is crashed by ransonware.

- I have only files users.dbf, control.dbf and system.dbf

- I tried use the community edition and worked fine (with limitation)

What is the next step to recover all contents of file users.dbf?

I need purchase de enterprise edition? If yes, how do it?
